Power BI Matrix: conditional formatting icons not showing on row subtotals

Hello lads, here I come once again asking for your infinite wisdom: I’ve got a matrix in Power BI with a 2-level hierarchy (Executive Name → Executive Scope). I’m using conditional formatting (icons red/green) based on a measure comparing Actual vs Forecast. (If actuals above 100% -> No bueno --> Red ; otherwise --> green).
